RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair or replace at our discretion.

A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods. Failure to do so will delay the process and could result in items being rejected. The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.

If a returned item is found not to be faulty we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a ‘use or return’ basis – other than where covered by your Right to Cancel below.

Distance Selling

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in good condition along with their original box and packaging where possible. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery in writing by either email, fax or letter. After 14 working days your right to cancel will be revoked.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This right ends on the expiry of 14 working days, after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Upon cancelling an order please contact us by telephone or email to obtain a Returns Number. When posting an order you should do so by obtaining proof of postage or sending goods by Special Delivery. You are liable for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. We will return your money within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. These rights apply to private consumer sales only, and are additional to those which relate to faulty or misdescribed goods. 

The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number. Goods returned without a returns number may well be rejected. 

If the goods are not complete, and or care has not been taken to look after the goods while in your possession  then a restocking fee may apply dependent upon any damage or loss to product. 

Refunds will be made within 14 days to the original PayPal Account, credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable. 

Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be responsible for any damages including lost profits. The Company’s liability towards Client will be limited to the cost of the Product provided.
