Skegness Business Centre Case Study
We were asked to look at revamping and brightening up their working environment while reducing energy costs and hitting Salix payback requirements. As the property is sublet to tenants there were clients in all offices most of the time, therefore we had to work to agreed timetables to enable us to work around their clients.

We used a combination of our 27 watt LED Grill Panels and advanced 2D sensor lights fitted with microwave sensors. We also used room sensors in every office to control the lighting and enable maximum savings. Our install team worked to the agreed timetable and were able to work swiftly and confidently with very little to no disruption to the working day. This was achieved by early starts and late finishes and total control by the management team on site (which would not have been possible without their support and help).
