The Brief – LED Lighting
We were required to reduce energy consumption as best as possible with the fastest possible payback period, while maintaining current light levels or improving light levels where possible. We were tasked with replacing office, warehouse and production areas, however there could be no impact to the working 24-hour day, 7 day a week operation.

We used a combination of different designs of LED lighting throughout the site; this consisted of office – based 5ft twin and single LED fittings along with a small quantity of 600×600 LED Grill Panels. Within the production areas we used 5ft low wattage anti corrosive LED light fittings installed with microwave sensors, within the warehouse areas we used our 150 Watt LED Low Bay lights installed again with Microwave sensors.
We worked very closely with the management team to ensure we were able to work in areas that were empty or not in use, so as to minimise disruption. This worked very well and the installation completed without any issues.
